How to Establish a Network Connection to the MSS280
To make it easier to establish a network connection to the MSS280 and complete system configuration, the four network ports are pre-configured with IP addresses:
MSS280 Network Ports IP Address: 192.168.1.100
The MSS280 is intended to be used by workstations that are directly connected to one of the ports using a static IP address.
Each connected user MUST have a distinct IP address.
If you are unfamiliar on how to create a static IP address on your computer please see the appropriate sections of this documentation.
Connecting the MSS280 to a network for more sharing options is possible but unsupported.
